We fell in love with the lot on Chase Lane as soon as we saw the gorgeous views. It’s a beautiful 5 acre parcel just outside of the town of Culpeper. Shortly after we bought the lot, we showed the house we were building on James Madison Highway (The Logan II model) to a lovely couple looking to move to the country from Fairfax. They also fell in love with the lot and went under contract with us to build them the Logan III model. They added a finished bathroom in the basement and a screened-in deck. They love to relax here and take in the stunning mountain views and sunsets. After moving in, they decided to finish the basement and added a bedroom and spacious rec room for the grandkids and as a “man cave” for the husband!
