Both lots on Spring Creek Lane became available and we could not pass them up since they are across the street from our own personal home! The home on lot 12A was the first model that we added the bonus room above the garage. As we were building it, we quickly realized the bonus room was so spacious we needed to add a bathroom and closet. It is a fantastic space for a spare bedroom, office, playroom, or craft room. It has become one of our most popular models! We particularly like the exterior color scheme of this home too. We added a live-edge wood mantle to this fireplace just to do something a little bit different. It was sourced from a craftsman who does millwork on his property nearby and it is beautiful!
