This project was our first in a subdivision and any apprehension we had about building in an existing subdivision was quickly alleviated. The ARB was easy to work with and the neighbors were very friendly. It took a little effort and strategizing to get the house situated on the lot the way the homeowners had envisioned it, but we were able to make it work and it looks and functions so well!

The homeowners had some great design ideas and it was a pleasure collaborating with them to implement the vision they had for their home. We finished half of the basement with a full bath, bedroom and living space that is perfect for an in-law or guest area, and there is still plenty of unfinished space for storage or future expansion. They opted for the bonus room with full bath and covered deck.
