Spring Creek lot 12B was the second lot on Spring Creek that we acquired. We had in our minds to create a new floor plan to put on this lot, but we sold the lot before we had settled on a new plan. The purchasers fell in love with The Logan II model so the new plan was put on hold for the time being. The exterior color scheme of this home was one that we collaborated on with the purchasers and we were not quite sure about the Brandywine color for the shutters but it did not disappoint! The lighter, warm-toned main color accented with the dark green board and batten siding in the reverse gable, along with the shutters, complimented with a creamy colored trim is so inviting! The purchasers liked the wood mantle so much from the other house, they found their own piece of wood and used their wood-working skills to create a gorgeous live-edge mantle for themselves. They also had the idea of using hog wire to finish their deck so they could enjoy a less obstructed view and it looks amazing.
