We came across this little one-acre lot and just couldn’t turn it down. The lot itself presented numerous challenges such as rock veins and underground streams. But, despite the obstacles, we created this adorable little home with a one-car garage in the basement. Don’t let the square footage fool you, the MBR is very spacious and the floor plan is very functional with a split bedroom design and an open concept feel. One idea we implemented was expanding the master walk-in closet and adding a pocket door to access the laundry room from the closet. We also added a small coffee bar area in the eat-in kitchen. This model might be smaller than the others, but it still packs quite a bit of the wow factor!
