The Caleb model is a “modern farmhouse” design. This floor plan has an open concept for the main living areas and offers a nice flow from the owner’s suite to the laundry room and “drop zone” off of the garage.

This model offers spacious rooms with craftsman design features and a full basement with a “safe room”/unconditioned, secure storage area under the front porch. A bonus room above the garage is an optional feature that enlarges the main living space to approximately 2500 sf + an additional 455 sf in the bonus room area.
